Production and delivery
Every item is made after you order it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Some products and busy periods can take longer. Delivery time starts after production and depends on the destination and shipping method shown at checkout.
We will email tracking details when they become available. International orders may be subject to local customs charges or taxes that are not collected at checkout.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production begins, an order usually cannot be changed or cancelled.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please report a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
For a package lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Returns and withdrawal rights
Do not send a product back before contacting us. Return eligibility and instructions depend on the product, destination, and reason for the request. Nothing in this policy limits the statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
